使用UTF-8编码

字段解释：
key:是为安全的，没有key不能使用，默认为：56sino
email:要发给谁，支持多个，格式：xx@qq.com:xx@163.com
title:邮件标题
content:邮件内容

注意：如果使用http的get方式，json参数整个长度不超过255
